• Once you click on "Sign Up Now" (below) you will be sent through an order wizard where you can sign up for a domain name if needed, and then for a website.
• Billing information will be collected at this time and a confirmation of sign up will be sent to the designated contact person/s. Account access will follow and should arrive within 24 hours or less with a link to your new staging site. (Domain registration can take longer but you will be able to start configuring your new Orchid site in the meantime.)
• Links to the helpdesk will help you get started. We encourage you to use these and explore the administration area of your site before contacting us with questions. Our helpdesk is available 24 hours a day on business days and we pride ourselves on our response.
• We require all new subscribers to attend at least 2 of our FREE online trainings before using the helpdesk with the exception of bugs and set-up issues. Please let us know if there is anything we can do to help you get up and running as quickly as possible.
